Before you choose a guide
A few useful answers.
Is this a digital download or a printed book?
You receive a 36-page PDF guide and a separate four-page PDF planner. The four planner pages are also included inside the guide; the separate file makes them easier to reuse. No physical book is shipped. The $19 USD price is a one-time purchase.
Is the guide a personalized itinerary?
No. It is a reusable, self-guided starting plan for first-time visitors. For a trip built around your dates, budget and group, choose our separate custom itinerary service.
Are tickets, hotels or reservations included?
No. The guide helps you plan; you book and pay providers separately. Some booking links are affiliate links, which may earn Things To Do NY a commission at no extra cost to you. Always check current availability, complete prices and supplier terms.
Can I use the planner on my phone?
Use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms and saving a completed copy, or print the pages. Some browser previews do not save form entries reliably. Budget fields do not calculate automatically; live maps and booking links require internet.
How current is this edition?
This is the October 2026 edition, with research checked October 17, 2026. Hours, prices, access and schedules can change. Use the official links in the guide to check details for your travel dates. Future editions are separate unless an offer explicitly includes them.
Can my travel party use my copy?
Yes. The purchaser and their travel party can use the files for personal trip planning and print or complete the planner. Please do not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the files; share this downloads page with others who want their own copy.
